Leads operational and/or technical tasks/projects/assignments as assigned end to end to identify all potential problems and how to solve for them. Relates and compares information from various sources to deduce cause-effect relationships Readily distinguishes between a problem's symptoms and its causes, focusing energy on the treatment of causes. Utilize coding languages such as Visual Basic and SQL along with standard coding practices (including department documentation) in the development of user tools. Work with Appliction Development to troubleshoot development and production issues, maintain security levels and manage the flow between regions throughout the development process. Implement new user tools into production while also providing technical assistance, live demonstrations and additional training to end-users. Responsible for the documentation of issues and suggested solutions intended to improve the control environment, streamlines the business and achieves operational excellence.
