Has anyone had any issues with the latest releases of Outlook and AMD Vega graphics (built into 2200G/3200G etc. I shall be giving this a test on any affected PCs, I would appreciate this if others would give this a try and report back if possible! Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows (needs to be set for the current user, so if you log in as an Admin you need to set it in the users hive under HKCR/SIDCODE instead) Value: (DWORD)EnableFlipModelSwapChains = 0

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Graphics as per the below and report back if any changes have been observed:Ģ registry keys could be set for a few very affected users for a test, to evaluate if it makes the situation better: I would appreciate it if anyone can assist with the suggested solution from a Microsoft rep. Given the spontaneous/intermittent nature of the problem, it is difficult to diagnose and such will require exensive testing. Update 2: Microsoft are now aware of the problem and I am working with them to try to resolve the issue.

Update 1: Despite the title (which I cannot edit) the GPU make/model and whether hardware acceleration is supported or not seems irrelevant, as the issue has now been observed on PCs with varying hardware configurations and GPUs from all manufacturers.
